Ollie was killed while in practice for the British Superbike championships at Mallory Park. he
sustained head and neck injuries.
"Ollie was a super chap and looked to have a great career in front of him. He was making great
strides in the sport,
"I'm just so sorry for his brother Tom and all his family, who I know will be absolutely
devastated by this news.
RIP
I was lucky enough to meet Ollie, but only the once.
As with most racers I have met, he came across as a really nice guy. The sort of fella you really want to do well. My deepest condolences to the family.
Tom and the family must have a difficult decision to make as to whether to keep racing or not.
If he does, I will certainly be cheering him on, and I'm sure Ollie will be looking over him.
Ride free Ollie.

Farewell
If their is just one positive thing to come from all of this it is that Ollie died doing what he loved. He will be sorely missed and it is such a shame as he was clearly a rider improving his performance at every round racking up several top 10 finishes from the last few rounds. Comiserations to Tommy and the rest of Ollies family.
RIP Ollie
I had the pleasure of riding on the Vivaldi trackday at Cadwell Park a couple of years ago. I will never forget following Ollie round for lap after lap. He took time out to offer me advice and helped know 5 seconds of my lap. Each time I saw Ollie at a BSB round he always took the time to talk to me. The last time I spoke to Ollie was at the Bikefest meeting, where he spoke to me for about half an hour.
You will be sadly missed and you are a true hero, and I will thinking of you today as you RIP.
